Physically, massage improves blood and lymphatic circulation, aids in healing, relaxes muscles, relieves muscle cramps, improves skin health, and relieves pain caused from many different conditions
(Beck, 2010). Psychologically, massage aids in relaxation by relieving fatigue and reducing anxiety and tension brought on by stress (Beck, 2010).

I have been a registered nurse for over 14 years and have dedicated my life to comforting and caring for people. In the fall of 2015, I decided to follow my dream of becoming a massage therapist. This dream stems from a desire to provide comfort and peace to people, and to help them reduce physical and mental stress and pain. My goal is to assist individuals in reaching optimal wellness through natural, holistic measures! This can be achieved through the benefits of the many massage modalities and the techniques that I practice.
